Very friendly tellers and Linda the manager is so nice and helpful anytime you need extra assistance. I have be banking here for years. When I first opened my account I lived in North Bellmore a the bank was close by. Since then I have moved about 10 miles away but I still bank here because I like the staff, they offer free checking, and the online banking is easy.
I have been a custOmer for over 20 years.Everyone there is very nice to me. I find it to be a very good neighborhood bank.

Been here twice with two different tellers. Just not friendly. Bellmore and Syosset banks have much nicer staff.

Only come here if you're elderly and have endless hours to waste solving your problems. This is one of the worst banks I've ever known to exist. Do not go here. Horrific service and inconvenient all around
Don't currently bank here and never will. I was close by and needed to change a $100 bill into 2 $50 bills. I went up to the teller and asked if she could change it. She asked, "do you have an account here?" I said no and she told me that unless I had an account she couldn't make change. Seriously, this is a bank that has money and you couldn't make change? You get what you pay for. Free checking. Extremely unhappy. Not to say the representatives are bad. They are not bad. My experience with their online banking was horrific. I could not access my savings account. I could not access my own money. I could not transfer money. I had to call numerous times to get assistance every time I needed to do anything online. This was in the span of 1 month. My other bank does not have this many hiccups but I'm paying for that I guess. I went in to close my account and they charged me $20 ... read more
