Excellent customer service, I love that it’s a small group of employees that get to know you by name and say hello and engage you as a friend. We legit know each other’s stories! They fix things quickly, and their fraud sensors are almost too sensitive when protecting the use of their card. Wish they’d allow $1,000 withdrawals from the ATM but that may come soon hopefully!
I've been with Dime since I opened my first bank account and my parents were with them since the 70's (they were a different name then but same bank.) I just wish they hadn't merged with BNB but that's life. I just feel they're more business oriented now then before they merged.
We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this bank since the branch opened years ago. We find everyone helpful. The best is that there isn’t a revolving door with the staff so the people who know us are there whenever we go. We like the online banking as well. What a convenience!
The nastiest bank ever! The reps are rude & disrespectful & have yelled at me! There are horrible reviews on yelp. One said they wouldn’t break a $100 bill because the person didn’t have an account with them. Are you kidding me?
applied for my new atm card at branch twice over the past seven months dime reps were polite professional and appologized but still no card i dont understand
