Dime community bank in Rocky Point has excellent customer service. All of the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Terrible bank . Terrible customer service and whats worse is the corporate office and the branch managers are not even close to being on the same page . Although corporate is very professional the branch manager is the end all say all which is a horrible thing especially when they are disrespectful and not qualified .
Worse and rudest bank I have ever tried to deal with.
