Самый худший банк в Бруклине!! Did they post their own good reviews? This is the WORST. BANK. OUT. THERE. I can't belive that they are still in business. Takes a check an entire months to clear. Made like 5 different mistakes while opening the account. Managers are as incompetent as the employees. Can't even get bank statements. Their online account is a joke that took weeks to set up. A very good location of the branch, in a lively shopping area. A comfortable facility and friendly staff. Parking can be a problem but this Dime branch is worth the effort. Particularly recommend for all special and complex issues the account manager Sanela Purisic. She is extremely knowledgeable in all banking aspects, a true professional, and a pleasure to deal with. She is the reason for our loyalty to this branch for many years.

The Dime Bank on Kings Highway and East 19th street in Brooklyn is one of the best run banks i have seen. My message to the owner: You definitely need to get more people. Your stuff is very nice and helpful but they just physically fail to cope with the flow of people.
Amazing customer service and fast service. Its a great use for business owner because they do great on keeping track everything and whatever you need they send it right away.
