Being the owner of a retail business on kings highway banking locally is very important to me. The Dime Bank on Kings Highway and East 19th street in Brooklyn is one of the best run banks i have seen. I have been doing business with the Dime for over 18 years and have always found it to be a very well run and neighbor friendly bank. Usually fine experiences except for when asking about currency exchange. The blond female teller haphazardly waved her hand and said "We don't do this. You have to order." An explanation as to how or where to order was not provided however...... Avoid the blond female teller unless you want to yell at someone.

I had a terrible experience with the stuff member Marina. She was very unprofessional and rude. In the middle of our phone conversation Marina told me that she is busy with another client and that she is not supposed to talk to the client on the phone ! She said that the only way they deal with their customers is " in person" - unbelievably rude and disrespectful! People like her shouldn't work helping others, she has no respect for the people.
