Tatiana is the most racists employee I've ever come across in the establishment! So rude and disrespectful towards me a Black Woman. Would never come to this bank again because of the discrimination I faced by this woman Tatiana!
The worst ever banking experience! The branch manager Linda and her assistant Tatiana lured me in to open an account and transfer all the funds from my other bank. Then , 3 months later forcefully closed my account without any explanation or any notice. Do not deal with these crooks!
I’ve been with the big banks(citi/chase before. And the Marine park/Sheepshead Bay location has the most kind,courteous and helpful staff from the management to the tellers.Every time that there was something I didn’t understand or I needed help with an issue they resolved it Promptly. Just want to say thank you and keep up the great work
I’m still waiting for my debt card I signed up September 8th 2022 It’s now September 30th 2022 It should not take this long to get a bank debt card
