If possible I would rate this bank negative 5 stars. It took me over 30 minutes on the phone and still failed trying to link an external bank account, which, frustrated, led me to close the account on the spot. It was processed without a hitch this time! Little did I know there would another call with yet another set of "security questions" to answer before they would process!
