Absolutely terrible customer service. Some people there should look at how Chase or TD talk to people. If you can't help then don't use sarcasm or mockery. Words can hurt people. You have no right to ridicule anyone. I was made to feel like a joke and I was very embarrassed. I wish you'd treat everyone kindly. Kindness and respect are the pillars of this evolving community that I proudly call home.
I agree with the reviewer who praised Melissa Chan. She has helped us on more than one occasion. And I think that Yongyan Lu also deserves high praise for her good service. She is very efficient and polite. And what can be said of Martha Moreno? Simply that she is the best. Dime is a better bank because of her.
Melissa at flushing branch is very attentive, supportive , kind and a pleasure to work with. DIME bank is very lucky to have her.She has always gone above and beyond.
Li Li, the branch manager, was extremely patient and helpful in the processing of my Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) application. I had multiple questions during the paperwork and she made the process simple. She kept me apprised of the status and basically, without her help, it would have been much more problematic. She deserves tremendous praise!
Is trouble bank, they send me invalid debit card is not connecting with my checking account, than the bank charge $10/m fee for un-used. How can I use invalid card , the branch officer they can not find out why the card is invalid, they Not try to fixed the problem. They charge me three months fee .
