I have been waiting for a deposit to clear since Friday, understandable that it clears the next business day, but they then decided to place an additional 48 hour hold on my deposit without explanation. Tina and the team at this branch were absolutely outstanding! Recently my family suffered an unfortunate event that occurred. I wanted to extend my daily limit on my debit card to donate to our family's Go Fund Me page and on a Saturday Tina did everything in her power to make that happen. She went to the extent of calling the branch manager at their home who then took time out of their off day to log on to their pc and arrange the transaction to be accepted.
