I wanted to let everyone know about how wonderful the staff is at the Dime bank - Hillcrest brannch on Union Tpke. My aunt is 93 years old. When she goes to the bank the staff treat her with kindness and respect. They take time to explain to my aunt everything she needs to know. If you want to be treated with kindness, respect and have all your banking needs meet this is a great bank.

I have been a customer for many years! There online banking is very low tech! I asked for the branch Mgr to call me back with negative results! I will be pulling out my money soon because there are so many better choices. Requested many times for customer service to correct a simple problem! They say no problem but it never gets done!

I again had a nightmare of an incident at the Glen Oaks branch. They are so inept that it is scary. I asked that a wire be sent to another institution, and it was screwed up in that they neglected to complete the form in order to send the wire. These people should not be holding themselves out as bankers. I can't wait to wash my hands of them. They simply have no idea of what they are doing, and many do not have a sufficient command of the English language to conduct ban STAY AWAY FROM THESE RANK AMATEURS!!! THEY ARE USELE... read more
