Thank You Marc & Lauren, you are the best you went above and beyond the service that I needed. No wonder you've been voted #1. Marc made one phone call to my insurance company, to tell them how far off they were on my vehicles estimates, that not only did I get an apology from the insurance company they redid the estimates. I’m incredibly disappointed in my experience at Dingman’s Collision Center. First off, I brought the car in on Dec.13th, and I was told it would take a week to repair. After a week, I never heard from them, so I called to inquire about the timeline. Keep in mind; this is my only mode of transportation. Dan Brake, the lead estimator, told me he was waiting on a part. It should take a day or two to come in.
