This is by far the worst company all lies i already filed a report on this company to the labor board they having my caregiver working for free is not right he hasn't got paid 2 weeks he needs that little money
I’ve had Direct Care for over 3 years now and I have no issues with them whatsoever. They address my concerns immediately, they call me to make sure I’m okay with the service and to make sure I’m getting all the care I need. I would recommend this care agency to EVERYONE. I've been using Direct Care for my mom for about 4 years now, they made many aspects easier for me, from home visiting doctors to compatible insurance and home care related matters. The representatives are very professional, courteous with fast response. Definitely recommend!
Direct Care is a very reliable and caring Company. My daughter Cheryl assists me 4 days a week. Direct Care really help us with information and their care Managers calls frequently and checks up on me to see if I'm okay and keeping up with my doctor and yearly appointments and how I'm being cared for in my home. I love direct care because of their professionalism courtesy and patience. they take the time to make sure I have the right care and answer any questions i may have. The nurses and other staff member are super nice I wouldn’t change a thing, thank you direct care for your services
