Absolutely the worst agency. My dad's care manager never calls back. We have been trying to replace my dad's aid for over three months. All paperwork was done in a timely fashion, however his case manager refuses to answer her phone or return our calls. And whoever answeres the main line is extremely rude and hung up on me on numerous occasions.
This so called agency is disgusting! I have yet to be paid for 4 weeks of work. Excuses. Emails answered with phone calls. Nothing in writing. Need to be reported to the labor board. This is medicaid money! This is illegal. Not accepting time sheets, payroll department flat out lying since I've got email confirmation to back up what I'm saying about they never got any requests for a direct deposit.
