This company is the WORST! No accountability. Never get back to you. Paycheck is always short. I haven't gotten a paycheck in a month!! My case worker LUBA does not return phone calls and is Extremely Unhelpful.. AND she is a supervisor! I am about to quit and contact D.O.L. stay away from this company
They’re okay. You must do your own research and follow up on pay matters. They usually fix my issues pretty quickly.
I’ve had Direct Care for over 3 years now and I have no issues with them whatsoever. They address my concerns immediately, they call me to make sure I’m okay with the service and to make sure I’m getting all the care I need. I would recommend this care agency to EVERYONE. I've been using Direct Care for my mom for about 4 years now, they made many aspects easier for me, from home visiting doctors to compatible insurance and home care related matters. The representatives are very professional, courteous with fast response. Definitely recommend!
Direct Care is a very reliable and caring Company. My daughter Cheryl assists me 4 days a week. Direct Care really help us with information and their care Managers calls frequently and checks up on me to see if I'm okay and keeping up with my doctor and yearly appointments and how I'm being cared for in my home.
