In 1979, the store was opened as Direct Carpet Outlet. Three years later Rick Pendergrass was hired and began working at the store. Fast forward one decade, Rick and his wife Debbi purchased Direct Carpet Outlet. In 1994, the decision was made to join the Carpet One Floor & Home Cooperative. I highly recommend Direct Carpet One. I had carpeting installled and Julie was great. She helped me pick out the perfect carpet for me . It’s a great product and the installers that they used were professional. Very happy with the entire process. Oh and a great price too.
We love our new carpet, Julie was great to work with, the installers were flexible with our schedule, they did a great job installing the new carpet, and made some repairs to other carpets that needing stretching and repair.
We initially had a carpet installed that just didn't look or feel right. No problem. We were issued a full refund for that carpet and installed a higher quality carpet in a couple of weeks. All we had to do was to pay the difference in price. The new carpet is fantastic-perfect-beautiful. Thank you Direct Carpet One.
