I called to get my furnace fixed and Dirks had a nice fella named Ben out to my home within the hour. He was knowledgeable and respectful. Pricing was not bad in today's market either. We will definitely continue to use Dirks for our heating and cooling needs.

We've used Dirks since buying cabin in 2012. Sales rep accommodated our schedule on short notice (like 1 day notice). Signed the order and install was to happen within days. Due to a snowstorm we rescheduled install. Guys were timely, very professional and install went very smooth. Would refer them to anyone needing HVAC.
Very happy with my first time using Dirks Heating & Cooling. They were able to send someone out the same day to inspect my propane heater. Their service tech Ben was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
I moved to Cumberland, WI, 4.5 years ago and the house I bought has an in-floor concrete heating system. I only use Dirks to maintain it for me! The heating system is now very old and seriously limping along. My Dirks guy, Phil S., came to my house early this Sunday moring as the heat stopped.
