Phil was here 5/27/2025, & did a grest job, as always. He has many ideas to help a homeowner & money saving tips. I am very happy with Dirk's & there wonderful service. All of my units are doing great now. & i no longer eorry about any problems that may arise. I called to get my furnace fixed and Dirks had a nice fella named Ben out to my home within the hour. He was knowledgeable and respectful. Pricing was not bad in today's market either. We will definitely continue to use Dirks for our heating and cooling needs.
Our first experience with Dirks came in 2017. We purchased a home in the Chetek area. We knew that the heating and air conditioning systems were outdated. We were aware that rhe equipment was far from a reasonable level of efficiency. We asked around to find a HVAC dealer who appeared to be aggressive and current in this market. We decided to go with the Dirks brothers. We have done more business with them as needed and have always been satisfied. No disappointments.
I moved to Cumberland, WI, 4.5 years ago and the house I bought has an in-floor concrete heating system. I only use Dirks to maintain it for me! The heating system is now very old and seriously limping along. My Dirks guy, Phil S., came to my house early this Sunday moring as the heat stopped.
