I was able to get an appointment right away to access the problem with my LP gas furnace. The tecnician was very kind and knowledgeable and he discovered the reason my furnace would not power up and cycle. The circuit board needed to be replaced. Overall a professional service company.. Very good to know the part was covered with warranty. Reasonable cost for labor. Awesome to get it replaced and functioning in a few days because the part needed to shipped. Also the new part is warranted.
Very expensive but the technician James is wonderful! He's extremely knowledgeable, honest, and is always able to quickly diagnose and complete the services the same day. Highly recommend James for any issues with boiler systems. Just wish Dirks would bring their prices down.
Dirks Heating & Cooling went above and beyond. The technicians were friendly and respectful of my home. My system is running better than ever. I wouldn’t call anyone else for heating or cooling needs!
Mike came to check out our furnace. He was courteous and timely. He was knowledgeable and took time to look at everything to be sure something wasn’t being missed. He explained to me what he was doing and why and helped me to understand better how the furnace works. He was able to make some adjustments to make it work more efficiently and suggested ways we could upgrade in the future to save money on propane usage. My 23 yr old (looks new!) furnace was not maintaining the set heat. I had supplemental heat, so it worked for them to send someone out the next day. Julius was able to come earlier than expected & waited in my driveway for me to return from an errand (1/2 hr or so). Initially, it looked like a quick fix, but Julius was determined to make sure everything checked out & discovered a more thorough check was in order.
