We have been using Dirk’s Heat and Air for 9 years. Purchasing initially and using their maintenance program. Their service is impeccable and their work is excellent and always professional and courteous. A big thumbs to our service technician James who is great to work with. If you want a heating and A/C service, they are the ones to work with. Thank you all at Dirk’s for your service and professionalism.
Phil was here 5/27/2025, & did a grest job, as always. He has many ideas to help a homeowner & money saving tips. I am very happy with Dirk's & there wonderful service. Mike worked o our AC units and installed a couple of thermostats. He is extremely knowledgeable and hard working. His experience makes him one of the best. Great guy too.
The technician, Mike Hartmann, was super great to my Mom. He cleaned out the dryer vent on the outside of the house and then screwed down a couple of deck boards that were warped and sticking up on the front porch! He was extra kind and so appreciated!
