Bruce Talmadge came to our home for a foundation inspection. Bruce was friendly, courteous and explained the steps he was going to use to determine if we had foundation issues. Thankfully, we do not and Bruce explained his conclusion. We would recommend Discount Foundation Repair Specialist if you think you have foundation issues.
Mr Bruce and his crew were great as first time homebuyers the stress in having to get the foundation fixed was dreadful but he was professional and informative. We are so grateful and will be referring anyone who needs his services. When i arrived home after seeing the final touches OMG job well done.
Bruce and Michael provided us with clear information so we knew exactly what to expect from the quote process to the lifetime warranty. The crew was on time, respectful and efficient. We had 5 piers installed and in less than 4 hours the repair was complete and the yard was cleaned up. I highly recommend Discount Foundation for foundation repair.
I am 100% satisfied from my experience with this business. We bought a house in February, had the realtor's foundation guy come "repair" it for thousands of dollars only to find the house not leveled as expected and a ton of rotted wood still in place under the house.
