Bruce and Michael provided us with clear information so we knew exactly what to expect from the quote process to the lifetime warranty. The crew was on time, respectful and efficient. We had 5 piers installed and in less than 4 hours the repair was complete and the yard was cleaned up. I highly recommend Discount Foundation for foundation repair.
Bruce, his brother Michael the field supervisor, and Juan and the rest of the crew were absolutely amazing. They addressed the sagging of the house, the pool retaining wall, and the driveway. The crew swept up, replaced the flower bed trim, reset the patio stones and even reconnected the hose to the spigot! I am 100% satisfied from my experience with this business. We bought a house in February, had the realtor's foundation guy come "repair" it for thousands of dollars only to find the house not leveled as expected and a ton of rotted wood still in place under the house. Discount Foundation came and gave me a quote for the same price I paid the first guy, but put in a lot more work and replaced a lot of material under the house.
