RecommendedWe lived here for 3 years, moved away for a year, and came back because of the value and location of these apartments. Management and the conditions are even better than before. It's so close to EVERYTHING!

Very courteous staff and made me feel at home the moment I arrived for my tour.
The staff here are the most compliant. Meghan did all she could and more for us while getting ready for move-in. The units are beautiful, with prices too good to be true. Exceptional staff and protocols!
We lived here for 2 years, and loved it! Never had any issues, no noise problems, the leasing staff, especially Naomi, Markayla, and Meghan were fantastic. They were always having fun social events, trying to include the entire complex. Had we not bought a house, we would have continued to live here. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Good morning One and All, especially those current apartment seekers. If you do not stop by or bump Discovery at Rowlett Creek up to the top of your list, you're severely missing the point. Honestly. Put it at the top and erase all the remaining options and possibilities. This place is everything you want and more. I'm a current resident, and I could not sing higher praises for this property.
