The general manager is very vindictive. If she feels that you put in too many maintenance requests or have questions about policies that are enacted then she will put you on the failure to renew list and you will receive a failure to renew letter. Even if you have no violations and never late on rent (I was always about 2 months ahead). If you like to be taken advantage of, or not respected then look no further because discovery at Craig Ranch is the place for you! When I first moved into the complex, I loved it. I guess somewhere between the time I moved in and the time I terminated my lease, management changed. And this was NOT for the better. I realize Covid has changed some stuff, but the lack of communication from the office is absolutely ridiculous. This used to be an amazing place to live, but sadly, it is no longer. 1. Cyber Cafe/Business Center has not been available in 9 months. 2. Gym hours do not accomodate all residents. 9am-6pm only. 3. Pool has no restrooms. 🤮 4. Dog park not maintained. Gates broken 2+ years, Excessive amount of feces.🤭 5. Dog bins are not emptied or maintained. 💩💩💩 Just to name a few. 😔

I used to love living here, but man is this place mismanaged now.
I’ve been here going on 3 years.. when my lease was up to renew,I was just getting out of the hospital. So I had no choice but to renew. I would’ve been gone. The walls are paper thin, when I say thin - I’m on the top floor and STILL get annoyed by noise. I can hear full conversations on either side of me ALL the time . Plus if your neighbors own a dog or have kids.. forget about a peaceful experience ever again. The recent parking permit placed needs to have more signs, obvious signs not subtle ones, posted. My boyfriend payed $300 to get his car which was towed and he did not notice one sign that the complex was permit only. Plus there is SO much parking so when they enacted it we as tenants thought it was so unnecessary. And the towing company stole items out of my boyfriends truck. We are taking this to legal action as there were guidelines that were violated so the complex will be seeing legal action.
Staff is very rude and unprofessional. The staff acts very put out when needing assistance or simply walking into the office.
