The patients are beautiful people here. The BHT Staff were very kind, friendly and ALWAYS helpful as well. The Coy Pond is very peaceful and relaxing, but I only saw it once. The food is always great for the patients. I would highly recommend having cameras in EVERY working area there though, as my own belongings were stolen and I had to call the police out after my last day there & still have not retrieved everything that was stolen, like they literally stole my Manuel Key out of my key fob and many other keys that were not... read more

Corporate office management has issues, which has been documented in many other customer and former employee reviews. We had a child go through a program at one of the Discovery facilities. We were misled upfront when we were told by Discovery that they will only submit billing to a single insurance policy. Our child has double insurance coverage. For Discovery to decline to bill secondary insurance seems odd to begin with considering the high cost of residential intake services. Most medical facilities have no issue bi... read more

My daughter was a patient with Discovery twice (San Jacinto locaiton, now closed). The director, Kaydeese Washington failed to recognize her dissociation and derealization, discharged her to an unsafe situation, did not fully disclose to her new therapist, and my daughter completed suicide with a readily available revolver only 4 months post discharge while in the care of my ex-husband.
