The patients are beautiful people here. The BHT Staff were very kind, friendly and ALWAYS helpful as well. The Coy Pond is very peaceful and relaxing, but I only saw it once. The food is always great for the patients. I would highly recommend having cameras in EVERY working area there though, as my own belongings were stolen and I had to call the police out after my last day there & still have not retrieved everything that was stolen, like they literally stole my Manuel Key out of my key fob and many other keys that were not... read more
The worst company ever.. They took over Brookdale Recovery in PA and ever since the NET30 days to be paid was never kept.. It took them 7 months to pay me for my services to their clients. Gebiya Vibrations does Drum Circles for the clients twice a month.. I am STILL waiting to be paid the remainder they owe me for 2023.. And they help rehabilitate clients? I think they need help more than an addicted drug user because they are addicted to NOT paying..
Corporate office management has issues, which has been documented in many other customer and former employee reviews. We had a child go through a program at one of the Discovery facilities. We were misled upfront when we were told by Discovery that they will only submit billing to a single insurance policy. Our child has double insurance coverage.
