My experience at Discovery institute has been wonderful, this program has and is playing a big role in my recovery givinge the tools and education to continue on a path of sobriety. All staff members are great showing love and encouragement.I want to thank Medical and clinical counselors who are extremely professional with plenty of experience. This center is most certainly one of the best centers I have gone to. The staff actually cares about you and the other patients there are usually very cool. There are some who aren't obviously. However the place is very lenient and will tend to your needs the best they can. Food is what you would expect of course, yet you can always ask for an extra bag of chips or a drink if they have what you're looking for. Discovery always welcomed me with open arms and continued support towards a life of recovery. I am beyond grateful for their clinical and behavioral staff as well as their amazing discharge team. Not only do they make you feel at home and comfortable while at their facility they also strive to make sure you have a safe discharge that will support your new lifestyle of recovery. Recovery is a thing to own and keep and keeps you living on, than you ti the staff at Discovery Institute Center Marlboro. My life was a mess but I learned soon much more about narcotic knowledge snd the physical activities are top notch. If you need help go get because as soon as a intake is vacated there is another individual that wants theae life saving skills.
I was in detox and in residential here and left today and I'm now in a sober house. The treatment did everything they could for me. I had MRSA on my inner thigh due to my drug use before going into detox and I had to go to the hospital and have surgery where the bump I had on my thigh was lanced and whatever was infected was taken out / taken care of.
