The Estate was my absolute FAVORITE place that I lived in Clemson! Rachel and Faith were always super helpful and great to work with whenever I had questions about anything. And Brian was always kind and respectful whenever we had maintenance issues (which was rare)!
Do NOT recommend! The place was so dirty (even though it had been “cleaned”. See pics below). Dishwasher rack had no wheels so had to be picked up to move, refrigerator leaks water on floor, dryer takes 3-4 cycles to dry, handle on dryer keeps falling off, blinds broken and missing the poles to open, hot water is cold and cold water is hot and there’s a very loud running train right next to the complex. There are sooo many places to live in Clemson. Highly recommend going elsewhere
Everyone here is so helpful and great with communication. Faith made the process easy and quick . The homes are spacious and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend signing a lease here.
At this place, you never know what you pay each month. I live in a 1b unit with an ESA, meaning the pet fee is waived. However, it still comes in my monthly bill. In addition, you can never imagine a water bill of more than $45 for 20 days for one person. The office/manager sent me a water bill with a total amount of $70 for a month, but they never answered my questions about what was included in the $45 bill (meter reading, etc.). This is absolutely the worst place to ever live. I recommend it to NO ONE!!!!!!!! they hike up prices on everything and the leasing front office are useless to the community. They are threatening us to pay a $100 fee if we don't move our cars when we literally pay to keep our cars there. the treadmills dont work. trash is always stacked up and full and if you leave ur trash out the dumpster or outside your house its another fee. they made us clean our our storage closets and if we didn't they would charge us $50 (we got char... read more
