I just recently moved to town and decided on the District. This is my first time having roommates so I was apprehensive about sharing space but Faith in the office was great about explaining the roommate matching process and honestly my mates are all chill. It's definitely been win.

My daughter has lived with the District for two years now. We have experienced consistent problems. My first review is going to be on the list of broken appliances. Let’s start with the fridge... it leaks water, constantly it spreading throughout the kitchen. This has apparently been “fixed” however there are always lovely puddles of water possibly causing mold. District has been such a great place to live! Faith is really attentive and if I ever have any issues they always take care of it. 5 stars

Do NOT recommend! The place was so dirty (even though it had been “cleaned”. See pics below). Dishwasher rack had no wheels so had to be picked up to move, refrigerator leaks water on floor, dryer takes 3-4 cycles to dry, handle on dryer keeps falling off, blinds broken and missing the poles to open, hot water is cold and cold water is hot and there’s a very loud running train right next to the complex. There are sooo many places to live in Clemson. Highly recommend going elsewhere

The Estate was my absolute FAVORITE place that I lived in Clemson! Rachel and Faith were always super helpful and great to work with whenever I had questions about anything. And Brian was always kind and respectful whenever we had maintenance issues (which was rare)!
