Mrs Clair is awesome. She’s very personable and I enjoy our sessions. She gives me great advice on redirecting my triggers.
This lady spent less than 10 min my mom, didn’t assess her properly and quickly ended the session because she found out she attends the same church. Totally unprofessional. She said she was to refer my mom to another psychologist at Psycare only to have psycare send my mom a termination letter. Psycare accepts Medicare but terminates elderly folks without truly assessing them. I posted this review on your Diva page before and she somehow got Google to remove it. We’ll just keep reposting it.
It was very helpful to talk to Catherine about my hopes and wishes for our therapy journey together. I have homework to do and I'm looking forward to some productive future sessions!
