Went there yesterday with my wife for a couples massage, had to tell them to switch because the male Masseuse Went straight to her, and she was not comfortable with that and neither was I, On top of that, they didn’t work on what I specified I needed on the paperwork. As well as the fact that they were very aggressive and massaging over my spine. I hurt more today than I did when I went in there. Melvina was absolutely the best massage therapist. It was the best massage I’ve had in my entire life. I was so refreshed and less in pain after I left my 1 hour massage. Next time I’m in town, I’m definitely going to come back.
DIY Essential Spa is the only place I go! They are very conscientious about my needs. They are convenient and reasonably priced as well. I recommend them to anyone that wants/needs a good massage!
I have had 3-4 massages here already and it is always a wonderful massage. The last time I was here, however, the massage therapist had airpods in and I could hear her podcast or who through them and that was a little bit distracting because she did not play any music in the room.
They work diligently to work you through any pain you are experiencing. They are responsive to requests for more or less pressure as well. The foot reflexology was good. The facial reflexology was just a normal facial.
