This company has helped us out many times but recently I had a leak under my sink and requested them to send someone the same day and they actually did. The plumber "Ryan" paid attention to detail and rectified the issue ... We are very grateful by his professionalism and overall great customer service. Will be using them in the future.

This company sent a plumber to my house three times in three different dates but couldn't fix the problem. The toilet bowl was running water and after the second visit the toilet continues running water so I called for service again. The third plumber came and said "the job wasn't done right", but by the time he was done the toilet was still running excessive amount of water on the toilet bowl and did not stop running until the tank was completely full. This is the worst plumber you could ever go to , stay away, they can not fix anything. The home insurance sent them, he came to my home without even touching the water heater decided is not worth fixing and he told it is very old needs to be replace reported something else to insurance and they rejected the claim to a 20 year old water heater. I do not have a problem with his diagnostic, but he did not tell me that he will take the insurance company side. Why you did not let me know .

Homeshield dispatched this company for a leaking garbage disposal. DNB called to set an appointment right away and Jimmy arrived within hours of my request for service. This is by far the fastest I have ever had service in 13 years with Homeshield. Jimmy was awesome and I have a new non leaky garbage disposal. I appreciate his taking the time to explain the cause (I was asking 20 questions lol) and how it's been fixed. I am keeping this company for any future plumbing needs.

By far the worse experience I have ever had with a company. The owner and her workers should not be in the business of working with people. The plumber that came out today was unprofessional, not knowledgeable, and rude. He actually refused to snake my line because of weather and when I asked him to please snake the line he yelled at me and slammed the door as he left and still didnt do his job. Please stay clear of this company!
