I had a great experience at DNTL Bar! I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in for a same-day appointment, which was such a relief. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making me comfortable. They took the time to explain everything and made the visit stress-free as possible. I’ve been going here since I had a dental emergency a few years ago. They could get me in same day and took care of the issue successfully. I’ve been going for my twice a year cleanings ever since. Nice people, easy to talk to, communicative and very aware of your comfort while at the dentist. Would recommend for anyone who is anxious at dentist offices. dntl bar Chelsea got me an appointment super last minute after my permanent retainer popped off. Front Desk staff was very kind and very helpful!! However, I paid $450 plus the exam fee (exam fee was reasonable) to get the cement removed and they only removed half of the cement. I felt super ripped off. I have no impression of the Dr. because I interacted with him for less than 5 minutes. Great experience. All the staff is friendly and helpful with any questions/concerns you may have. I like being able to watch a tv show or movie to distract me since I don’t really love going to the dentist. I go to the NYC - Chelsea location since it’s close to my office.
I can’t recommend Dr. Do enough. He is incredibly kind, empathetic, and truly takes the time to make you feel comfortable and heard. You never feel rushed, and he explains everything clearly. What stands out most is how trustworthy and honest he is—no pressure, just genuine care and thoughtful recommendations. If you’re even a little anxious about the dentist, Dr. Do will completely change your experience.
