I love this place and that says a lot because I usually hate going to the dentist. But Dr. Lee is the best!! He’s calm and patient with me and does a wonderful job when I visit. I get to watch movies or listen to my music during any cleaning or procedure which makes all the difference for me! :) I also love Asia and Rosie and Charlotte!! And Dr. Ben!! :) They’re always in great moods and greet you with a smile :) Honestly, everyone here is amazing and kind and they make every visit fun and enjoyable :)
Unethical Billing Practices and Poor Communication: I had a very disappointing experience at Dntl Bar. Not only was I charged for services I never agreed to, but I also found out after my visit that they no longer accept my insurance. They failed to inform me of this important change, which left me with a hefty out-of-network bill that I wasn’t expecting. Terrible Experience with Insurance Notification I had been a patient at Dntl Bar for some time, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Without any prior notification, I found out that Dntl Bar is no longer in-network with my insurance after receiving an unexpectedly high bill. Love the staff, very accommodating. The whole office is clean and well kept. Not excited to see a dentist but definitely a place to make me feel more at ease.
