I love this place and that says a lot because I usually hate going to the dentist. But Dr. Lee is the best!! He’s calm and patient with me and does a wonderful job when I visit. I get to watch movies or listen to my music during any cleaning or procedure which makes all the difference for me! :) I also love Asia and Rosie and Charlotte!! And Dr. Ben!! :) They’re always in great moods and greet you with a smile :) Honestly, everyone here is amazing and kind and they make every visit fun and enjoyable :)
I highly recommend Dental Bar for their superb professionalism and amazing customer service. I had dental deep cleaning to remove calcification in my teeth. The RDH Minseo Kim did an amazing job , deep cleaning my teeth and the calcification is all gone. She followed up with me after the visit and gave me great advice and guidelines on how to daily take care of my teeth, and was kind enough to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. I'm urging patients to not choose this dental office because it is a SCAM. My new dentist office informed me that this office charged me for X rays that did NOT happen. I also was charged for periodontal cleanings which are more $ and not fully covered by insurance like regular cleanings.. but I was not informed I was receiving a different cleaning than a regular cleaning and it was only for the office to make money and suck my bank account. My insurance company will be informed and they will be reported .
Simply the best. I never had a cleaning that was TOTALLY painless and relaxing till I went to them. I’ve never had to wait either. Appointments start on time. THEY DONT TRY TO SCAM OR UPSELL!! I told the doctor that i wanted my lower teeth to be a little whiter and asked what options he had his response “i really think your teeth are white enough i really can’t recommend more whitening”. Unethical Billing Practices and Poor Communication: I had a very disappointing experience at Dntl Bar. Not only was I charged for services I never agreed to, but I also found out after my visit that they no longer accept my insurance. They failed to inform me of this important change, which left me with a hefty out-of-network bill that I wasn’t expecting.
