Very easy to get an appointment; friendly/ efficient/ welcoming staff- and very pleased with my hygienist and doctor. Feel lucky to have them in my new neighborhood.
Wow! What an experience! A visit to the dentist has always been a drag until I switched to dntl bar! I am still in shock at how well I was treated and how quickly I was able to get an appointment. Came here for a welcome clean and had a wonderful experience! I had some concerns regarding my dental health which were thoroughly addressed by my hygienist, Selenne, and Dr. Chen. They walked me through possible treatments and their treatment plan coordinator, Elle, clearly explained the cost of each procedure. The cleaning experience was very pleasant - the Netflix show and massage chair helped - and I was reassured by how clean and organized their offices were. What a great experience from start to finish! The waiting area feels more like a high end lounge than a dental office and the luxurious feel continues throughout the dental work. Every room is equipped with a heated, massage chair and personal monitor to watch Netflix throughout your procedure. Dr. Chen and the rest of the team were extremely professional, friendly, and informative. It’s safe to say I’ve finally found my NYC dental office!
I love coming here. They are so cooperative and have great promotions. Dr. Annabelle Lee has amazing bedside manner and does very good work. She takes a conservative approach and it works.
