We have tried many dentists and this is definitely the best dentist office around. They are professional, kind, skilled and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable( I always get a little nervous at the dentist). I like their ethical approach to dentistry. They never talk me into unneeded procedures like I found other dental office's seem to be doing. I fully trust the honest approach that they all take. The health of your teeth and mouth is their number one concern. Highly recommend.
Dr. Payne is good at explaining everything he going to do, and does a great job. I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. The dental hygienist was also very professional. The front office personal was very friendly and helpful. Today's appointment was not pre-scheduled, it was an emergency, I needed a crown reset. It had fallen out. They got me in and fixed it, and I was on my way within a half an hour.Thanks for getting me in.
On behalf of my wife, I am writing my first review to report the unprofessional and inappropriate care she received at Dobson Ranch Dental Care by Dr. Payne. We had our first cleaning there 4 weeks ago and we were pleased with the service. I (a man) went in 2 weeks later, and he was professional with me, asking about work and keeping the conversation PG.
