Dr. Batts, is very nice, knowledgeable and explained everything that I needed to know. There were things that I didn't know or that I wasn't aware of and he broke it down to me. His staff were all nice and works with you. I'm glad that I went to Dr. Batts. I felt very comfortable and happy to get my card 😌 Thank you Genevieve Santana
Great experience with Dr. Batts. The process was easy and straightforward, the staff was professional and kind, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and supported throughout the appointment. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get your medical marijuana card without stress.
I’ve had a medical card before and this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered. I drove over an hour to make my appointment that was at 12:30. I was not seen till after 1:30 after the doctor spent over an hour consulting with the previous patient. I was in the room for less than one minute before he told me he could not help me did not want to hear me just told me he could not help me and then I had to reach out to a third-party to pay more money to speak about my symptoms so that they could tell him that I h... read more
Everyone was super nice but a lady came in having a conniption who missed her appt who was then allowed to cut in front of everyone on time making me late for work. Which was ironically the reason they saw her. Not cool. Also, I got the text to leave a review before I got saw
This place is a scam!! Beware do NOT buy the Groupon and do NOT come to them for a med card. We did not get to see a doctor or get a refund as advertised. Since they had a physch doctors call only once and did not leave a message. They refused to have them call again or provide us with the needed info to use their services. They kept our money.
