I have not even set foot inside Dr. Marijuana, and the experience has already been poor. I received a call today regarding my scheduled appointment, and it was one of the most unprofessional interactions I have had with a medical office. The caller did not introduce themselves, did not identify the facility, and opened the call by abruptly asking for me by name in a rude, dismissive tone. Very friendly staff and Dr. Boyett was great as well. I was immediately given a warm welcome when I walked in and I was seen immediately even though I was early. Highly recommended especially with their $99 coupon special. Thank you!
My experience with Dr. MJ and Dr. Boyett has been very positive and seamless. They respond to my questions and needs in a timely manner and are always there to accommodate me. I highly recommend both Dr. Boyett and Dr. MJ if you want good service and all your cannabis needs consolidated and organized for quick service.
Turned away cause I don’t have medical records. Your reviews are all lies!!!!!!! What makes it worse is you wasting my time. Put a “clause” medical records required. Cause I wouldn’t have bothered. Or even in the paperwork to fill out you put NO MEDICAL records, no appointment. Or rather when you saw the paperwork you would call me and say NO can’t See you. Right, that would make sense wouldn’t it!!!!!
Not a lot to say: as a 1st timer & super green novice, the DR was pleasant, easy-going, and obviously happy with his job. He answered all my questions and concerns with grace vs hostility. Thank you
