First time for my husband and me. Great food, great service. When they say "fork tender" regarding the pork steak, they're not kidding. DELISH!!! Definitely a return trip in the future.
Stopped in Doc's while in Edwardsville for a swim meet. I've been involved with competition BBQ for many years. My boys can't even eat just any BBQ because they know what the best taste like! Doc's is classic BBQ restaurant with competition quality and care given to their food. We had ribs and burnt ends sandwiches. Plus tried the pork steak, BBQ nachos, homemade macaroni and cheese and corn mash!!! Everything was outstanding. Highly recommended stopping in and trying.
