RecommendedI'm a KC girl so I know good BBQ. Dropped in at Doc's yesterday and had the ribs and brisket...they were both amazing!!! Brisket was melt in your mouth delicious and the ribs were so tender and meaty, they just fell off the bone. My next trip to Edwardsville will include at stop at Doc's!!!
Best brisket and sides that I have experienced here in the metro east. Went today to try out the brisket and going back again tomorrow. Coleslaw was great except no one can beat KFC's coleslaw. French Fries were hot and just the way I like them (I ordered them naked). Recommend this place to all. Going to try their pork steak next. It's got to be Goooooood!
It was the best food I've had in a long time! Plus, the staff and service was fabulous!
Had the pulled pork nachos and sampled the burnt ends. Both were great. Top notch BBQ!
My son and I decided to try Doc's for the first time today. I had a burnt end sandwich with potato salad and my 6 year old son had a brisket sandwich with Mac and cheese. Both sides and brisket were delicious. To top it off, the service was great! We will definitely come back!
