RecommendedThere are tons of great BBQ restaurants in the St. Louis area. My family lives in the Edwardsville area and when I would visit for years I would have to go all the way into the city for quality BBQ because no where in Edwardsville quite made the cut. Pappy's, Bogart's, The Shaved Duck, Sugarfire Smokehouse. All quality, but all so far away. Now that Doc's has opened that has all changed. The main courses and side dishes are all great.
