Ordered a cheeseburger extra well done. Girl at the counter said no problem. Took one bite, was almost raw in the middle. Simply asked for the cheeseburger to be taken off the bill. Manager came out and said we could get something else or a gift card. Live over hr away and lost appetite so didn’t want anything else, just please take off the bill. Manager said not there policy. Unfortunately paid at the counter with tip. We just left. Our policy is never to come back.

As explained at your table smoked meats can still have a pink hue to them. All of our burgers are temped to health department standards and when they are requested well done as in this case, they are temped to the requested temperature. Been sitting here for an hour waiting on my order. The place isn’t even busy. Wtf
DO NOT Call ahead for a take out order. Paid ahead so they would bring to car waited and waited past my pick up time then my husband had to go into the restaurant. They couldn’t find our order then they said it was going to be another 20 minutes when we had already waited past our pickup time. The gentleman That talk to my husband act like it was no big deal. It was!!!! Never again! Will give another restaurant our business.
Was excited when I found this place online after searching for BBQ near me. It was edible but we weren’t overly impressed. Just generic BBQ. Small portions. A two meat platter with a half rack and brisket (3 small slices) cost 22.00, which seems high for the little amount of food. Sorry you didnt find portion sizes to your liking. Most people find 1/2 pound sides plenty and rarely finish a whole meal. Health dept rules are that if any food is on a customers table we can not take back into the kitchen or prep areas. Even more so with Covid restrictions. As far as 22.00 for a 2 meat, all portions are weighed out to 6 oz, has been for going on 8 years, not many complain about too small. Our Duroc ribs start at 3.25 lbs per full rack. RecommendedI’m a fan, but you blew it tonight. My order for pickup was made at 5:45pm and you said it would be ready for pickup an hour later. It’s 7:15pm and I’m still waiting! I love Doc’s but this is really unacceptable.

We did drop the ball tonight and I apologize for that. New online ordering system and a cook down at rush. We were overwhelmed tonight. Online ordering was spitting tickets out 20 at a time. Was given wrong order. When told that this isn’t what I ordered they gave me a very very small amount that would feed an infant. Then I had to ask for Utensils so they handed me a paper bag with just a fork.

I wasn't given what I ordered online, and then I was insulted and offended when I tried to pick up my food. Accosted by the manager and treated extremely poorly. I won't shed one tear that y'all are closing.

You have the wrong Docs, the one you were at is up north and we are not affiliated with them.
Took an hour to get our food when it wasn’t busy. All the waitresses and owners were socializing and apparently nobody was cooking.
They could respond to your e-mails when you have an issue with an order your took home. I had a couple of issues on my birthday dinner we had on June 19. Sent them an e-mail and never received a response.
