Staff were kind and helpful. Parking at the front and back, pretty easy to get in and out of the Outpatient Surgery Center. The waiting room is moderately spacious (and at the time a Friends sitcom marathon was on the TV, nice bit of levity). The Subway restaurant in the lobby is closed, but its tables and chairs are still set up, good landing spot for some natural daylight and still in earshot of the waiting room. I love this hospital/doctors office. They are so sweet and caring.
Took my mom to her doctor for a routine checkup and got charged almost $300 for a hospital fee that Medicare wont pay. Thats on top of the almost $300 dr. Visit. Again thats for a routine check up. Her follow up visit is in 4 months and its gonna cost us $300 due at check in. And Medicare will pay the other half. Total ripoff.
Had an emergency call to do a power of attorney in the evening and the staff were so helpful navigating me to the correct room as well as providing needed translator services.
Always have love this place . Not sure about them since the KU take over
