My mom received excellent care from 3 providers at DMHC from the time she moved into an independent living facility until she passed away. Heather, Cherie, and Jessica were all very different personalities yet they all provided excellent care. They were able and kept the lines of communication open.

Very prompt and professional after memory care facility requested DMHC visit my dad and mom. Followed up visit with phone calls and email, and showed a willingness to explain as well as to answer questions. Each time we or the staff have had a concern about one of my parents, the response has been very timely. Medical care for my Mother at an assistant living facility has been very thorough and attention to some health concerns were dealt with promptly. Her well-being has been better managed with DMHC than when she was seen by her primary physician she saw for years. As a daughter which lives 2 hours away, I feel at ease knowing that she is being taken care of and that I will be directly contacted if an emergency should arise. I am so grateful that we switched my mother who lives in an assisted living facility to Doctors Making Housecalls. The previous doctor we were using did not visit her every week and many times could not be reached. That previous doctor also did not track her medications when she would return from a hospital visit. My mother had many issues and when she was suffering with a bi-polar episode brought on by a change in her medications she was overdosed with sedatives. Avoid this company at all cost. I’m surprised there are positive reviews because my experience has been nothing short of nightmarish. My mom has Dementia and Cancer. She stopped eating. They checked on her last week but never called to say she wasn’t doing well. They will not respond to phone calls or emails. The only call you will ever get will be for payment.
