I had been feeling sick for a couple of days and finally decided to get checked out today. Great check in and the doc I saw took the time to answer my questions. I picked up my prescription in the same shopping center at the Times pharmacy almost immediately after my visit. It's nice to deal with an efficient and professional clinic, and the friendliness of the staff was an added bonus.
I had a wonderful experience at Maui Urgent Care Center. I called ahead to confirm they accepted my insurance and explained the medical issue, and the staff was incredibly helpful and reassuring from the very beginning. From start to finish, everyone was kind, professional, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable, well cared for, and confident I was in good hands. Dr. Grant Keefer saved my vacation with my family last week when I got super sick during our 7 days in Maui! The entire nursing staff and receptionist were fantastic and the wait time was fine and they were able to see us in the same day that I needed to be seen and I was able to get out of bed and back to snorkeling with my family almost right away!!!
Got there early and there were already a lot of people in line. Asked the person at the window checking people in if she thought it would be an hour or a few hours wait. Any estimate? PShe wasn’t friendly about the question. Otherwise, everything was great. The nurse treated my ear, irrigated my ear and fixed the problem. She was friendly and competent.
