Great check in and the doc I saw took the time to answer my questions. I picked up my prescription in the same shopping center at the Times pharmacy almost immediately after my visit. It's nice to deal with an efficient and professional clinic, and the friendliness of the staff was an added bonus.

I called ahead to confirm they accepted my insurance and explained the medical issue, and the staff was incredibly helpful and reassuring from the very beginning. Dr. Grant Keefer saved my vacation with my family last week when I got super sick during our 7 days in Maui! The entire nursing staff and receptionist were fantastic and the wait time was fine and they were able to see us in the same day that I needed to be seen and I was able to get out of bed and back to snorkeling with my family almost right away!!!
I was really impressed with the prompt and professional visit to the Ka’anapali office of Doctors on Maui Urgent Care Center. The registration and check-in was very easy and in just a few minutes I was directed into a patient room. The nurse, Jana, who came in first was outstanding and checked my wife out totally. Next the nurse/pa came in and listened to what were the issues/problems and prescribed a quick shot to alleviate her pain and also sent a prescription to a nearby Walgreens.
