Wonderful service and team! Grant and the nurse took wonderful care of my teen son who injured his foot. They were compassionate, efficient, and friendly. The front desk was very welcoming.
Phenomenal urgent care center. We have had to use a couple of times while on holidays and Dr. Keefer and staff have been incredibly fast while compassionate and understanding. Will use again if the need arises and highly recommend!!
Unexpectedly had to visit the urgent care due to second degree sunburn on my chest while on my honeymoon. The facility was conveniently located in the Shops of Wailea....a short walk from our resort. Even though my insurance was out of network, the front desk gave me an itemized receipt to submit my insurance. It does get busier in the morning (came right at open) and didn't wait long to be triaged. Nurse Maegan was beyond sweet and so empathetic. So appreciative of the staff for giving me quick, efficient, and compassionate care! Even though I felt like such a tourist going in with urchin spines in my foot, they assured me this is a common occurrence which made me feel better. Thank you so much for taking care of me!
