Tom Dodson did an inspection of our foundation and found that our house was in excellent shape and no pillars were needed. Another company had done the same inspection a week before and told us we needed $30,000 worth of work or our house would collapse. Mr. Dodson did not use scare tactics or hard sales tactics. I really cannot say how happy I am after I called Mr. Dodson and he came out to inspect my foundation. I was expecting him to tell me I need piers around the house, but that was not the case. He told me I have no issues with my foundation and whatever crack line I saw in one area in the sheet rock is normal and cosmetic. Anyone else could have easily taken advantage of the situation and charged me few thousand dollars. Thank you Mr. Dodson for your honesty. I will most definitely recommend you to others.
