I brought my 8-month old German Shepard that has extreme separation anxiety here for the first time, as a a current customer recommended it to me and I was so impressed. I cannot emphasize enough on how amazing this place is. The staff are professional, kind and extremely reliable. I did not worry about my dog all day because I knew she was in great care. My pup immediately fell asleep when she got into my car, she loved playing with her new friends. I cannot wait to bring her back!
I boarded my dog here for a week and definitely had peace of mind that he was in a safe place. I loved getting to watch him from the cameras and receiving pictures of him daily. Also, the fact that they are kept indoors during the Texas heat was a major plus! 👍
If you have a shy or extremely timid dog, Dog City is the best place to trust with your best friend! I have a chihuahua, who was a shelter pup before and gets very frightened around strangers. She will shriek and attempt to bite out of fear if a stranger touches her. Except for Nora and our Dog City family! They are miracle workers, who take their time with her and make her feel safe. The staff really cares about the dogs' well being at daycare. I like that they make sure Balbinka is happy and is having a good time. They show the dogs affection consistently, and that helps the dogs adjust to the daycare routine.
I love Dog City, the walk my two dogs everyday sine I had surgery, the staff are so friendly. The owner is so sweet, my dogs wait by the door for the walkers.
It’s fantastic. My dog loves it here! I trust them with my dog and that’s sayin something. Its highly recommended.
