I boarded my dog the other day when we went on vacation. I thought it would be worry free, but it was far from it. I received a call from the humane society stating that someone found my dog wondering the streets and they were trying to get a hold of me. I explained that he was at the boarders and they again told me that my dog was wondering the streets. This of course set me in a state of panic. Well we started out really liking it here it seemed like a great place for our puppy to come and play and socialize. Then he came home with lice !! Yes lice , this is the only place that he was going to and being around other dogs . Because he hasn't been netured he couldn't actually play with the other dogs , which raises an even bigger concern this shows that the cleanliness of the establishment is below average . I have called two separate occasions to ask about the cost of boarding my 3 dogs. Both times I was told someone would call me back. I never received a call back.
