She is an amazing psychiatrist. Together we decided on the medication regimen that would work best for me. She listens to my issues and always offers a Solution. She really cares about me as a whole person instead of just prescribing medications. By far the best psychiatrist I’ve ever had.
The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I was seeking help for my daughter-in-law and her entire demeanor was rude and condescending. She asked if we were seeking "talk therapy or medicinal treatment" and I simply told her we didn't know because she had never sought psychological help before and she got extremely rude. Unbelievable that someone would call in for help and have to encounter the person that answered the phone for assistance.
