I called Dolls Plastic Surgery to cancel my surgery and receive a refund. Yadi/Yari from the Billing Department told me that I will not be refunded my money for a surgery scheduled on May 16, 2023. Per the signed contract, I am supposed to receive the Amount Due minus the $1000 deposit. I paid in full $6000. I have more than 60 days from the date of surgery. This people steal money from my best friend be careful don’t do business with this people.
I call a lot of times to talk with finance department about my refund and always is a new excuse. I’m tired of that I’m gonna be viral in all social media, this people steal money. I hold with 7 months a surgery lipo 360 with bbl a promotion and 2 months later I got my labs for check if everything was all right. My experience with Dolls has been nothing short of a living nightmare. The ladies he had working in his lab department are unorganized and unprofessional. I have a mental disorder bipolar disorder to be exact. I am under a doctors care and my mental health is under control.
