I really adore this clinic, The staff and everyone involved to make this clinic run are amazing. Dr. Rogers is beyond smart and really takes the time to get to know you and assess the issues to find the best form of treatment. I have been through both the weight loss and the primary care and have nothing but positive things to say about both sides!
Dr Rogers is by far the best doctor I have ever been to along with Dr Kristen. I’ve never been to more sincerely caring doctors. They have both gone above and beyond taking care of me. Dr Rogers literally saving my life at one time. Her medical knowledge and awareness of her patients can’t be beat. Amazing staff! The doctor (Kristen L. Morton) I saw was nice... but that's the only thing I found OK about this place. Plus what she can do seems to be limited to blood tests, giving results and providing medication. The rooms are more like converted offices and less like a full service physician's office. The "beds" are just flat tables... not the medical ones I expected. Staff is very prompt and professional. Dr Rogers listens and cares to you attentively. They do not rush and work well with you. Highly recommend as primary care provider.
Not a bad experience but they WILL NOT answer a phone call. This is not a cheap plan and you would think that for what you pay for this they would try and be a little more accessible. I have been there many times and know there is always someone that can answer the phone. People need answers quicker than the next business day and pay lots of money for your service! Nicole is always helpful. Besides that I have had great success with the office, just be more accessible.
