We previously shared a review about Domus, but after our recent re-move-in, we just had to give some extra shout-outs for the outstanding experiences we've had lately! I cannot say enough great things about the maintenance team at Domus! Ivan, Joel and Herson always go above and beyond to help with any issues that come up in my unit or in the complex. They are all so hard working, SO kind and so helpful. Every time I’ve had to put in a maintenance request, it’s been an easy and resolved quickly. They are the best!
I have received such a warm welcome from all of the staff since moving into Domus. Carmen, Joel, Herson, & the rest of the maintenance team are amazing and always so attentive. The leasing staff - Aaron and Isabel are also amazing!
Great place to live and Joel and Herson are amazing!! They’ve helped with maintaining my apartment in so many ways from the shower, to the blinds to everything in between. They’re timely and deserve a big raise for how much they help the community! They’re always happy to help out and even helped me move some things I had been carrying in the complex.
Excellent property management! Anytime I need a service request , the maintenance team responds quickly and professionally! Joel and Herson are super friendly and always say Hello when we see one another walking through the property. The office staff is also always super friendly and responsive! I feel safe and comfortable as a tenant of Domus !
