When my old HVAC system failed during the hottest part of summer, I did some research and shopped around. I got several quotes from some of the bigger companies in town. I could not have asked for better, quicker service. All of my questions were answered in advance, the installation was scheduled for my convenience, and the work was completed professionally, on time, and precisely as anticipated. The final cost matched the original estimate, and the price beat the competitors. Very happy with the results here.

We are members of Donald P Dick's Super Saver program. Their experienced technicians are thorough and very professional. They come out twice a year to service our unit. They check everything plus change your house filter too. During this sweltering heat our AC unit started squealing and we turned it off to prevent further harm. They were actually able to get someone to check it out the next day. Joel found the problem immediately. Whenever we need service for our A/C unit we always call Mr. Cool Donald P. Dick. They provided us with a quick response during this heat spell to service our A/C needs. Their technician Gilbert ******** was courteous, and professional. He called to advise when he would arrive and upon greeting him he was wearing his "mask" which I appreciated. Spring and fall maintenance service has always been efficient, timely and always courteous with knowledgeable technicians. With this springs service under our virus issues he was thoughtfully socially distant, did not require the signature as usual but was pleasant and completed the work checking the system, thermostat and changing the filter. Much appreciated!

Excellent service. Quick and easy to schedule preventive maintenance service. Really appreciate that. Great technician that has been out to my house 3 times. Friendly and explains things well. More comfortable having the same technician come out that you get to know.
