I wanted to share my sincere appreciation for Dr. Westerhausen. He is truly the best doctor I have met. Not only did he identify the correct treatment plan to help manage my elderly Mother’s chronic asthma, but he has been consistently patient kind and attentive. What stands out most is that you never feel rushed during appointments. He takes the time to listen carefully and explain things clearly, which makes a real difference. I cannot recommend Dr. Westerhausen highly enough.
Dr. Westerhausen and his staff were all very professional and kind in their approach to patient care! I was given very detailed explanations of my options for diagnosis and treatment for a lung biopsy with robotics assistance, which is what I chose after a CT scan that was done immediately following my appointment. I greatly appreciate that there was no time wasted and Dr. Westerhausen followed up with a telephone call promptly. This was my 3rd visit with Dr. Westerhausen. I found him to be very direct and staightforward while remaining kind. He was a good listener so for me an 86 year old woman being treated by him was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking treatment by a Pulmonologist.
Dr.Westerhausen is awesome! Always have very good interactions with him; he takes the time to explain everything so that I have a full understanding of my situation. Pleasant and professional staff, good time management( you don't have to wait very long ...) .
