She comes across as friendly during the first session or two, but that impression fades quickly. After a few visits, it became obvious that she is a poor listener. She repeatedly confused important facts, names, and circumstances that had already been discussed, making it seem like she paid little attention to what her clients actually say. I love my therapy sessions. I think Donna, my therapist, is really helpful. Before my therapy, I was in a bad place. Thanks to her, I got my life back. I started to believe in myself. I love my life now!
