I made a HUGE mistake in thinking I could use a chain store to provide me with service and timeliness. I WAS WRONG. Craig went above and beyond and had me taken care of immediately. Measured, Purchased & Installed quicker than I could bat an eye. AND at the same cost of the chain store that boasted "free installation."
