I cannot praise Door to Door Cleaners and especially Blanca enough for their exceptional work. They tackled what seemed like an impossible task - removing multiple makeup stains from both my husband’s white Dior suit and my satin wedding suit. Customer service is extremely abhorrent here. As a loyal dry cleaning client who spends $500+ a month on dry cleaning, this business has a 5 day turn around time for them to clean just a single garment and if you want it before then they try to scam you and charge you 20% + $22.47 per garment. They also offer no discounts for bulk orders/loyal clients or first time customers - which is standard practice in the industry to offer. Prices are ridiculous. The tailor is very nice though. Counter help, ehhh. Again, prices are over the top. Maybe if you are doing delivery I get it but 300 for 14 items picked up dry cleaned. Ridículo.
Friendly staff but wayyyyy too expensive. A simple hem starts at $75.00, so unfortunately I will not be returning. Not only was it over priced it was received back with multiple stains and marks.
Like all dog owners, I’ve experienced my good boy go occasionally rogue and tear up something around the house. When I was a single man, it was ok. I would just replace it and move on. I’ve recently gotten into a relationship with my future wife, and this occasionally rogue behavior is something that doesn’t fly anymore.
