I was excited for my upcoming NEW PATIENT appointment THAT I SCHEDULED 3 months ago just to receive a call a week before my appointment that she is no longer accepting new patients how unprofessional, the office had me contact my insurance to add her as my pcp just to do this! I would have never waited this long!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars if that were an option. First, I want to make it clear that my issue is with one specific provider, Dr. Dorothy Alveranga. Unfortunately, my experiences with her have been extremely disappointing. Back in early April, I called to request a lab order that I needed for school by May. I was told it would take about two business days, but nothing was ever sent.
