I've gone here a few times for me and my daughter and this last experience was less than ideal to say the least. They claimed I called and said to cancel the appointment because my child was in the hospital which never happened and I assume they got the wrong patient. So I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to be taken back and by the time we were finally seen my daughter (18 months old) was freaking out and hysterical and everyone just seemed to act like it was our fault. I had a wonderful experience here, thanks to the front desk receptionist the Muslim girl . She was absolutely amazing! She helped me so kindly over the phone and in person , and she was just as helpful and welcoming in person. She is a lovely girl with such a soft, polite tone that immediately makes you feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Thank you so much for the outstanding service it truly made my day!
DONT EVER GO HERE!!!! They are the worst dentist I have ever been to!!!! My kid got braces and they haven’t done any of his appointments. They will cancel on you without call, email, or text. Bring up breaking the contract then we have to pay. They are rude horrible rude. They don’t listen. They don’t care about their patients. Anytime we did get in. All the staff were doing is playing on their phones. Or just hanging out. They are the worst place!!!!!!!!!!
Dr Park has been here a long time, and I appreciate seeing him stay here to help people. Very kind and gentle man great with my 2 kids. Thanks Dr. Park!
My daughter has been coming to this office for years. Dr. Park and his team do an amazing job taking care of my kiddo. Excellent dentist!
