I had a wonderful experience here, thanks to the front desk receptionist the Muslim girl . She was absolutely amazing! She helped me so kindly over the phone and in person , and she was just as helpful and welcoming in person. She is a lovely girl with such a soft, polite tone that immediately makes you feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Thank you so much for the outstanding service it truly made my day!
I've gone here a few times for me and my daughter and this last experience was less than ideal to say the least. They claimed I called and said to cancel the appointment because my child was in the hospital which never happened and I assume they got the wrong patient. So I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to be taken back and by the time we were finally seen my daughter (18 months old) was freaking out and hysterical and everyone just seemed to act like it was our fault. probably the most disorganized office i’ve ever been to. Went in for a cleaning just for them to tell me i needed more fillings despite calling BEFOREHAND to confirm that i’ve scheduled for a cleaning NOT a filling. the waits take too long, and they’ve cancelled my appointments last minute on several occasions and put me in positions where i had to take certain times and dates i knew would not work for me. communication amongst the dentists is extremely poor as well. you should know what you’re doing before you work on someo... read more
Dr Park and DA Celeste did an excellent job with my daughter they are very nice and respectful. I appreciate their work and I recommend this location and these people. With my daughter is a hard job but they handled her very nicely. Great job
The wait for the dentist was 30 mins with no communication until I asked why. The appointment was for my 3 year old so it would have been nice to know ahead of time so I could have been more prepared to keep her occupied. Also there was no apology from the dental for the wait. The hygienists and admin were so sweet though!
