My first time purchasing from a dealership, and I couldn't be happier. The staff is so friendly and everything went incredibly smooth. Started paper work at 9:00, had a bike on the trailer at 12:00. I'll be recommending Doug Reynolds to everyone in the market for a new machine.
I got a Kawasaki Z900 from Doug Reynolds, and everything about my purchase and the bike was wonderful. Christen and Casey were super with the sale and paperwork. Seth went over everything on the bike before cutting me loose. He also answered all my questions. The whole experience was great. I'm really glad that Kawasaki finally has a Little Rock dealership that is a real motorcycle shop.

Been using them since Doug was alive running it. Bought 3 machines from them. Last one was a Kawasaki Mule last year. Very good folks and do a great job but slow on turnaround time on maintenance. This time 2 weeks to the day to get 50 hour maintenance done. Only 2 hours to do it. If your not concerned about turnaround time they are great!
