Surface level treatment. Depends on you to vent. Doesn't ask questions to get to the root of your issues. If you want to pay someone to just sit and listen, he's your guy. Dont cancel on him either if you are forgetful doe to your issues or life gets in the way of an appointment, he is spiteful and will charge you, using a symptom of your mental health against you. I really like Lifestance. My first time booking with Doug was easy. Just had to wait a weeks for an appointment. Since then, all appointments are made, and I am reminded with an email. If I do have a question or problem about a booking, it’s easy enough to change.
It is a very nice experience the environment is peaceful and soothing. My therapist is very friendly. He is helpful with my issues, listen without judgement He is very focused on my issues and he helps me navigate through them with his support
I recently decided to go back to therapy & I’m really happy Doug is my therapist! Looking forward to what the future holds ! Thank you Doug !
